I Didn't Get My Code

Check that the number and country code are right, then make sure your phone can receive text messages.

You can ask for a new code 30 seconds after the last one. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us.

My Code Is Not Working

Use the most recent code we sent, and enter all 6 digits. If you asked for several, the newest one is the one to use.

I Changed Or Lost My Phone Number

Wkwk logs you in with your phone number, so you'll need our help to move your account. Contact us from your new number and tell us your username.

If your phone was lost or stolen, contact your mobile provider too, so nobody else can receive your codes.

I Want To Log Out

Logging out wipes your chats from that phone, because they're stored in an encrypted database on the device.

Contact your local emergency services first, because Wkwk can't reach them for you. To report a child at risk, contact us straight away.
