Business Accounts
I Want To Set Up A Business Account
Choose Business as your account type when you set up your profile. A business is a normal profile with extras such as a catalogue, an FAQ and links.
I Have A Problem With A Business
Message the business first, because orders and refunds are between you and them. If it seems like a scam, report it and contact us.
Someone Is Pretending To Be My Business
Contact us with the username, plus something that shows the business is yours.
In Danger Right Now?
Contact your local emergency services first, because Wkwk can't reach them for you. To report a child at risk, contact us straight away.
Still Need Help?
Tell us your username and what happened. Never share your login code.
